Test and time yourself and/or your team/club mates on Mt Misery hill climb.

The infamous Mt Misery is part of the route for the 121km and 85km rides, and to spice things up a bit in 2016 we have introduced the ‘Mt Misery challenge’, where riders can time themselves on this section of the course.

The road turns upwards about 20km into the 85km and 121km courses and the aptly named hill climb is about 3km with spectacular views along the way.

A nod to the polka dot jersey’s we are all familiar with, our jersey supplier Body Tourque has created a new jersey for the winner of the inaugural Mt Misery Challenge.  The jersey will be presented to the fastest rider up Mt Misery on the event day.

Watch out for the milk maid and devils that have been known to frequent the summit area to cheer riders along final stages of the climb!

All rides start and finish on the main street of Inverloch, A’beckett St.  Download a Bass Coast Cycle Challenge Start finish line map.
